Each tool loads a real processing engine compiled to WebAssembly. The background remover runs ONNX Runtime with segmentation models trained on millions of images.

The compressor and converter use libvips, the same library behind Sharp and Cloudinary. These engines download once, get cached by your browser, and run entirely on your CPU. No server is involved.

PNG, JPG, WebP, AVIF, TIFF, GIF, BMP, HEIF, and SVG as input. Output depends on the tool. The converter writes PNG, JPG, WebP, and AVIF.

The compressor works with all major formats. The background remover outputs transparent PNGs or animated WebPs. Animated GIFs and WebPs are handled frame by frame.
